This morning I attended another TEFL workshop after taking quite a long sabbatical. It was given by Mary Ann Christison from University Of Utah.I found the two workshops eye-opening. The 1st one was "Peer Coaching" and the 2nd one was "Using Learning Theory To Create Effective Instruction."
PEER COACHING
It is a process wherein two teachers observe each others' courses, discuss what they see, and help each other solve problems.To be able to do that we need a partner and a class observation.
