KOMPI OH KOMPI

Percaya gak percaya, gue yang sekarang keranjingan chatting , blogging, browsing dan facebooking ini dulu gue paling alergi sama yang namanya komputer. Dulu sebelum gabung jadi penulis buku pelajaran dan tes di LIA, liat kompi rasanya kaya' liat cicak item: takut dan rada jijai.

Hari pertama masuk di Kurimat (Kurikulum, Materi & Tes) LIA, gw disuruh duduk di meja Maya. Jadi ceritanya Maya mau resign dan gw calon penggantinya.  Sebelum resmi gantiin Maya gw harus lolos dari masa percobaan yang lamanya tiga bulan.  Dan sebelum resmi memulai masa percobaan... gw harus bisa pake kompi dulu bukan?  Hah!

Dua hari pertama gw ditentir ama si Maya untuk menggunakan kompi. Salah satu editor senior, Ibu Aisyah Sulaeman bolak-balik ngeledek, meuni gaya euy ngetikna nganggo komputer. Bu Aisyah yang mantan direktur akademis ini double agent--selain jadi editor di Kurimat, dia juga jadi editor di Citra Studio. Citra Studio itu kerjaannya bikin program video/audio Bhs.Inggris, antara lain buat LIA, Lab School, dll. Dia tau betul gimana tampang naskah skrip yang gw serahin ke Citra Studio dulu:  diketik dengan mesin tik kelurahan, dan kalo ada revisi maka kertas itu di-tipp ex, digunting-tempel sana-sini di trus difotokopi..  Pokoknya meriah.

Tapi hidup emang selalu berubah.  Selalu.  Hmm...
